The Omicron Club, Inc. is an Alabama Non-Profit Corporation comprised of alumni brothers who guide the Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi at the University of Alabama with the purpose and aim of promoting fellowship and mutual trust amongst its brothers, upholding the traditions and ideals of the University of Alabama and instilling the values of scholarship and good citizenship.  The Omicron Club, Inc. lists as one of its primary responsibilities the oversight and ownership of the Chapter House and its assets.
